减盐饮食的争议与探索 被引量:3

摘要 高血压已成为目前全球死亡和致残的主要原因之一,每年约有1 070万人死于与高血压相关的疾病,其中绝大部分为高血压相关的心血管疾病[1]。高盐摄入是导致血压升高的主要原因之一,减少盐的摄入量有助于控制血压并降低心血管疾病发生风险[2]。改变饮食和生活方式,减少盐摄入是高血压患者的基础治疗.
