三七断骨膏治疗膝骨关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of “Sanqi Duangu Ointment”for the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察三七断骨膏治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)临床效果的有效性,并评价其安全性。方法:将符合纳入标准的膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组Ⅰ组、对照组Ⅱ组。治疗组给予三七断骨膏外用,每天1次,每次1贴(贴10 h);对照组Ⅰ组给予天和骨通贴膏贴于患处,每天1次,每次1贴(贴10 h);对照组Ⅱ组给予复方水杨酸甲酯苯海拉明喷雾剂喷于患处,每天数次。各组均连续治疗4周,分别于治疗后第1、2、4周进行疗效观察,并进行疼痛、局部肿胀、膝部僵硬以及安全性等方面的评估。结果:各组方法均安全、有效,在临床控制及总有效率方面组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在VAS评分、WOMAC评分及临床综合评分方面,均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),但组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:三七断骨膏可有效、安全地用于膝骨关节炎的治疗,且疗效与天和骨通贴膏、复方水杨酸甲酯苯海拉明喷雾剂相当。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Sanqi Duangu Ointment ' in treating knee osteoarthritis( KOA),and to evaluate its clinical curative effect. Methods: Patients with KOA were randomly divided into the treatment group,control Ⅰ group and control Ⅱ group. Treatment group was treated by'Sanqi Duangu Ointment'once a day,with one paste for 10 hours; control Ⅰ group was treated by'Tianhe Gutong Paste'once a day,with one paste for 10 hours; control Ⅱgroup was treated by Compound Methyl Salicylate and Diphenhydramine Spray,several times a day. All the groups were treated with the course of 4 weeks. We observed the clinical efficacy and symptoms such as pain,local swelling,stiffness and we evaluated the safety. Results: All the treatment methods in every group are safe and effective,no significant difference was found in clinical control and total effective rate among the groups( P > 0. 05); After treatment,the scores of VAS and WOMAC were reduced in all the groups( P < 0. 05),but no statistical significance among the three groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion:'Sanqi Duangu Ointment'has good effects on the treatment of knee osteoporosis.
