摘要
为提高临床带教的教学质量,在内分泌科临床见习教学中引入"学习-实践-学习"——"三明治"教学法,并进行了有益的尝试。问卷结果显示:85%的学生非常喜欢这种模式的教学方式,认为能够更好地掌握相关医学知识;12%的学生表示该教学法比传统教学有一定优势;3%的学生表示其与传统教学相比无明显优势。实践表明"三明治"教学法对提高学生学习的主观能动性、培养分析问题和解决问题能力、增加团队合作精神等有较大的帮助。
In order to improve the quality of clinical teaching,the'sandwich'teaching method was introduced into the clinical probation of endocrinology department and an useful attempt was made. The questionnaire results found that 85% of the students were very fond of the teaching mode of'study-practice-learning',and they thought it could help them to grasp medical knowledge better. 12% of the students said this teaching method had more advantages than the traditional teaching method and3% of the students said that this method has no obvious advantages comparing to traditional teaching method. It was showed that'sandwich ' teaching method was helpful to improve students ' learning initiative,train skills to analysis and solve problems and increase the spirit of teamwork.
