祛膜颗粒对大鼠药物流产后子宫出血的治疗作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究祛膜颗粒对大鼠药物流产后子宫出血的治疗作用。方法:采用早孕大鼠灌胃给予米非司酮(12.50 mg/kg)和米索前列醇(0.12 mg/kg)造成不完全流产大鼠模型。观察祛膜颗粒对不完全流产大鼠模型的子宫出血量、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)的影响;采用光学显微镜观察子宫内蜕膜、绒毛的残留情况;采用RM6240多道生理信号采集处理系统和JZJ01张力传感器记录大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的收缩活动。结果:祛膜颗粒能明显减少大鼠子宫出血量(P<0.05),缩短流产大鼠的PT、TT,增加FIB;祛膜颗粒能够促进子宫腔内的绒毛、蜕膜组织物排出。祛膜颗粒(0.1 g/L)与米非司酮和米索前列醇合用时,能明显提高大鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩强度(P<0.05)。结论:祛膜颗粒对药物流产后的子宫出血有明显的止血作用,能增强子宫肌收缩,促进胚胎排出。 Objective: To investigate the effect of 'Qumo Granule'on uterine haemorrhage induced by mifepristone in rat. Methods: Incomplete abortion was induced in pregnancy rats by intragastrically administrated with mifepristone( 12. 5 mg/kg) and misoprostol( 0. 12 mg/kg). The amount of uterine haemorrhage and the serum of prothrombin time( PT),thrombin time( TT),fibrinogen( FIB) levels were examined after treated. Pathomorphological change was observed via microscope. The contraction activity of rat uterine smooth muscle was tested by RM6240 multi-channel physiological signal acquisition and processing system and JZJ01 muscular tension sensor. Results: 'Qumo Granule'significantly decreased the amount of uterine haemorrhage,shortened the PT and TT levels,and increased FIB levels. It could promote the chorionic villi and decidua discharge. 'Qumo Granule'( 0. 1 g / L) combined with mifepristone and misoprostol could significantly improve uterine smooth muscle contraction intensity( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: 'Qumo Granule'showed obvious hemostasia effect on uterine haemorrhage induced by mifepristone and could enhance uterine muscle contraction intensity and promote embryo discharge.
