介绍周永明治疗原发性血小板增多症的经验。周永明认为,原发性血小板增多症的基本病机为肝木积热、瘀毒内停,治疗当以泻肝清热、散瘀解毒为法。同时,根据患者的血象不同,兼用活血或破血之法;根据患者体质不同,随证施治。

This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor Zhou Yongming in the treatment of essential thrombocythemia( ET). Professor Zhou Yongming thinks that the basic pathogenesis of ET is heat accumulation in liver and retention of blood stasis and toxin,and the theraputic principles include clearing liver-heat and dissolving blood stasis and detoxication. Meanwhile,according to the different blood routine examination of patients,the methods of activating blood circulation or breaking blood are combined; according to the different constitution of patients,the treatments are applied based on the syndrome differentiation.
