加味五虎追风散治疗肾虚血瘀型帕金森病合并轻度认知功能障碍的疗效观察

Clinical observation on “Modified Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder” in the treatment of Parkinson's disease complicated with mild cognitive impairment of type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis

目的:探讨加味五虎追风散治疗肾虚血瘀型帕金森病合并轻度认知功能障碍(PD-MCI)的临床疗效。方法:纳入92例肾虚血瘀型PD-MCI患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组各46例。对照组患者给予多巴丝肼片口服治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用加味五虎追风散口服,两组疗程均为12周。观察并比较两组患者的帕金森病统一评分量表(UPDRSⅡ、UPDRSⅢ)、简易智力精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MOCA)及帕金森病生活质量量表(PDQ-39)的评分变化情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者的MOCA、MMSE评分较治疗前增加(P<0.05),PDQ-39评分较治疗前减少(P<0.05);对照组患者的UPDRSⅡ、UPDRSⅢ评分较治疗前增加(P<0.05),MOCA评分较治疗前减少(P<0.05);且治疗组患者的UPDRSⅡ、UPDRSⅢ、PDQ-39评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),MOCA、MMSE评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味五虎追风散治疗肾虚血瘀型PD-MCI,能有效减缓患者运动症状的进展,改善其认知障碍,提高生活质量。

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of"Modified Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder"in the treatment of Parkinson's disease complicated with mild cognitive impairment( PD-MCI) of type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Methods: Ninety-two patients with PD-MCI of type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were included and randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,46 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were orally treated with madopar and the patients in the treatment group were treated with"Modified Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder"on the basis of the treatment for the control group,with a course of 12 weeks. The score changes of Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale( UPDRS Ⅱ and UPDRS Ⅲ),Minimum Mental State Examination( MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment( MOCA) Scale and Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire( PDQ-39) before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results: After treatment,the scores of MOCA and MMSE in the treatment group were increased( P<0.05),and the score of PDQ-39 was decreased( P<0.05); the scores of UPDRSⅡ and UPDRSⅢ in the control group were increased( P<0.05),and the score of MOCA was decreased( P<0.05); the scores of UPDRSⅡ,UPDRSⅢ and PDQ-39 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group( P<0.05),and the scores of MOCA and MMSE in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion: "Modified Wuhu Zhuifeng Powder"can effectively relieve the progress of motor symptoms,improve the cognitive disorder and enhance the quality of life in the treatment of PD-MCI of type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
