论低油价下石油企业的发展策略 被引量:1

摘要 现阶段国际原油价格一直走低,对原油市场及相关油企造成了严重的冲击,形势不容乐观。但是,这也为我国的油企拓展市场、降低成本提供了便利,通过对企业资源的整合,积极拓展国际市场,收购更多价格低廉的优质石油资源,降低企业成本。与此同时,还要重视对企业结构配置的优化,将企业优势深化和扩大,提高企业的核心竞争力和风险应变能力。
