摘要
以性成熟高白鲑的促性腺激素释放激素作为主要研究基因,采用△△Ct相对定量PCR方法检测分析cGnRH-II基因mRNA在不同器官组织中的表达。结果表明:cGnRH-II基因在各个组织中均有不同程度的表达;统计学分析结果表明,此基因在鱼脑、心脏和卵巢中有较高表达,分别为肌肉组织中的317.86倍、122.79倍和71.01倍。本研究测定了高白鲑cGnRH-II基因mRNA表达水平的相对含量,为进一步了解GnRH直接或间接参与高白鲑性腺发育成熟调节提供理论依据。
The c Gn RH-II gene as a major object was investigated from mature Coregonus peled.The △△Ct relative quantification method was used to study the expression levels of c Gn RH-II gene in different tissues.The results showed that c Gn RH-II genes have different levels of expression in various tissues;and higher expression in brain,heart and ovarian,compared with the muscle tissue,and the ratio is 317.86 times,122.79 times and 71.01 times using the statistical analysis method.We determined relative quantification of c Gn RH-II m RNA transcription in different tissues of C.peled,and discussed the possible physiological function and morphological evidence of Gn RH regulation on the development of gonad in C.peled in this study.
