乏情期新疆哈萨克绵羊血清中P_4、E_2、FSH和LH生殖激素变化规律分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定孕酮(P4)、雌激素(E2)、促卵泡素(LH)和促黄体素(FSH)浓度,研究新疆哈萨克绵羊乏情期发情及不发情绵羊体内激素变化。结果表明:乏情期发情绵羊P4的含量显著低于不发情绵羊(P<0.05),发情绵羊E2、LH和FSH的含量显著高于不发情绵羊(P<0.05),且P4浓度变化趋势可以作为乏情期绵羊发情鉴定的手段。结果表明:乏情期发情绵羊P4的含量显著低于不发情绵羊(P<0.05),发情绵羊E2、LH和FSH的含量显著高于不发情绵羊(P<0.05),且P4浓度变化趋势可以作为乏情期绵羊发情鉴定的手段。 To analyze the variation laws of P4,E2,LH and FSH in serum from the Xinjiang kazak sheep in anestrus,so as to provide theoretical basis forregulating the anestrus estrus.ELISA was used to examine the concentrations of P4,E2,LH and FSH of the estrus ewes and anestrus ewes in anestrus.Results of the reproductive hormone levels indicated that the P4 concentration of anestrus estrus sheep was significantly lowerthan that of the non- estrus sheep(P<0.05);E2,LH and FSH concentration of estrus sheep was significantly higherthan that in non- estrus sheep,respectively(P<0.05).It can be concluded that the P4 changes can identify the estrus of anestrus sheep.
