摘要 导电砂浆电阻率的稳定性是其发挥功能的基础。本文采用二电极法研究导电砂浆在不同外界环境下电阻率的稳定性能。实验结果表明:导电砂浆电阻率随导电温度和导电功率的升高而升高,但升高幅度较低,低于5%;导电砂浆电阻率随导电环境相对湿度升高而下降;不同功率下长时间连续通电,电阻率基本保持稳定,180 d提高率低于6%。以上研究结果表明:外界通电环境对电阻率有一定的影响,但影响幅度较小,导电砂浆的电阻率稳定性较好,可应用于各种环境而保持稳定的导电性能。 The electrical resistivity stability of conductive mortars was studied by two electrode method in different conductive environment forits wide application. The experimental results showed that the resistivity of conductive mortarincreased with increasing conductive temperature and electric power, but the increasing data was limited, less than 5 %. On the contrary, the resistivity of conductive mortardecreased with increasing temperature of conductive environment. The resistivity of conductive mortarcould maintain stability in long time electrifying. The percentage decrease of 180 d resistivity was less than 6%. This experiment demonstrated that conductive environment had some effect on the resistivity, and the conductive property could maintained in various electrical condition.
