A Four-Dimensional Survey of the Theory of Inner-Party Political Ecology

党内政治生态是十八大以来全面从严治党的一个关键命题,主要是指政党组织在长期政治生活中形成的政治环境与整体状态,这是建立在马克思主义经典作家和中国化马克思主义者关于党的建设重要论述的基础上形成的一个科学概念,具有丰富的实践来源和深厚的理论渊源。作为一个复合型系统性概念,党内政治生态具有导向性、系统性和开放性三个基本特征,内在结构由政治生态生命系统、环境系统、价值系统和行为系统四个核心子系统构成,各个子系统又包括内部次级系统及其构成要素,各构成系统不仅有自身的系统结构和要素功能,而且他们之间时刻发生着能量流动、讯息传递、物质循环以及观念融合,由此形成了党内政治生态系统的整体状态和发展态势。

Inner-Party political ecology become a key proposition of strictly governing the Party since the Eighteenth National Congress.It mainly refers to the political environment and overall state formed by the political party organizations in the long-term political life.It is a scientific concept formed on the basis of the important expositions of classical Marxist writers and Chinese Marxists on Party building,and has rich practical sources and deep theoretical origin.As a compound and systematic concept,the inner-party political ecology has three basic characteristics:orientation,systematicness and openness.Its internal structure consists of four core subsystems:political ecology life system,environment system,value system and behavior system.Each subsystem includes internal subsystem and its constituent elements.Each constituent system not only has its own system structure and element work.Energy flow,information transmission,material circulation and conceptual amalgamation occur all the time between them,forming the overall state and development trend of the political ecosystem within the Party.
