Study on Deliberative Democracy in China Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: Retrospect and Prospect

党的十八大首次正式确认"社会主义协商民主"这一概念并提出"社会主义协商民主是我国人民民主的重要形式"后,愈来愈多的国内学者加入协商民主这一研究行列,重点围绕中国特色协商民主理论构建和实践应用这一核心问题开展研究。本文通过从研究总体概况、研究基本主题、研究主要视角三个层面回顾和透视十八大以来国内协商民主研究的现状和实践,总结概述国内学界关于中国特色协商民主研究所取得的显著成绩、存在不足和发展新趋向,从而清晰地勾勒出新时代中国特色协商民主研究发展的景观图。

Since the concept of socialist deliberative democracy was officially confirmed for the first time and socialist deliberative democracy is an important form of people’s democracy was also pointed out on 18th CPC National Congress,more and more domestic scholars have been joining in this research field,and focused on the deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristic to do research.This paper reviews and checks the research situation and practice of domestic deliberative democracy since the 18th CPC National Congress from three aspects,inclusive of general research situation,basic research topics,main research perspective,and summarizes the significant achievements,shortcomings and new trend of the deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics in domestic academic circle.Thus one research landscape figure of deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics is clearly outlined.
