摘要
目的利用正交设计优选复方石斛清肺散处方中药材的最佳工艺条件。方法以出膏率和橙皮苷含量为指标,采用HPLC法检测复方石斛清肺散中橙皮苷含量。并以L9(33)正交设计试验,对药材煎煮的水用量、煎煮次数和煎煮时间进行正交优选。结果最佳煎煮工艺为:10倍量水,浸泡35 min煎煮3次,每次煎煮1 h。方法学考察表明,橙皮苷在66.93~334.67 mg/L内线性关系良好;精密度试验、稳定性试验、重复性试验均良好。结论该含量测定方法与优选的煎煮工艺条件,操作简单,稳定,可靠,可为药品实际生产提供参考。
Objective To optimize and establish the best decocting technology of'Compound Shihu Qingfei Powder'by method of orthogonal design.Methods HPLC and The complete L9(33)orthogonal design were used to optimize the decocting technology of'Compound Shihu Qingfei Powder',including water solvents,decocting times and time; the paste-froming rate and content of hesperidin were monitored.Results The best decocting technology was that using 10 times amount of water,soaking for 35 minutes decocting 3 times,1 hour for each time of decocting.It was shown that the linear relationship of hesperidin was good in 66.93 ~334.67 mg / L,and the precision test,the sample stability test and the repetitive experiment were well.Conclusion The decocting technology of'Compound Shihu Qingfei Powder'was stable,feasible and reliable,which could provide reference for actual production.
