研究型中医院中医药继续教育模式的实践与探索

Practice and exploration on further education mode of traditional Chinese medicine in research-oriented hospital of traditional Chinese medicine

中医药继续教育是医院建设高素质卫生专业队伍的重要手段,逐步构建具有中医药行业和学术特色的终身教育体系是一个需要长期重视并思考的问题。梳理和探讨中医药继续教育模式的特殊性和曙光医院在中医药继续教育三种模式的具体实践与管理。具体三种教育模式包括:抓好中医药进修教育,初步建立了医学终身教育制度;做好中医住院医师规范化培养工作,在基地中快出人才、多出人才;做好老中医继承工作,建立梯队化中医药人才。同时提出:一要增强中医药继续教育的理念,创建学习型组织;二要开展中医药继续教育的网络远程教育,探索"混合式学习";三要加强中医药管理人才的培养,使人才全面化,从而不断完善中医药继续教育制度,推动中医药继续教育进一步发展。

Further education of traditional Chinese medicine is an important means to build health professional team with high quality in hospital. Gradual construction of lifelong education system with traditional Chinese medicine industry and academic characteristics is a problem requiring to pay attention and think over a long period of time. This paper sorted and discussed the specificity of further education mode of traditional Chinese medicine and the concrete practice and management of three kinds of further education mode of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital. Specific three kinds of educational models included: firstly,making good efforts to the further education of traditional Chinese medicine and the initial establishment of lifelong education system for medicine; secondly,making good efforts to the standardized training for chief physicians of traditional Chinese medicine to cultivate more and faster in base; thirdly,making good efforts to the inheritance of veteran practioner of traditional Chinese medicine and the establishment of echelon talents of traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time,it was proposed that it should enhance the concept of further education of traditional Chinese medicine and create learning organization,that it should carry out the network education for further education of traditional Chinese medicine to explore 'mixing learning',and that it should strengthen the training of management personnel to achieve the comprehensive talents,which could continuously improve the system and promote the further development of further education of traditional Chinese medicine.
