研究型中医院青年党员科研能力培养途径探讨

Discussion on training approach of young Party members' capacity for scientific research in research-oriented TCM hospitals

上海中医药大学附属曙光医院率先提出创建研究型中医院的战略目标,根据国际一流医院的建设经验和发展规律,已经进行了初步探索与实践。研究型中医院建设中至关重要的一点就是人才培养。医院秉承"科技兴院、人才强院"的发展战略,以青年党员作为医院年轻人中的中坚力量,对医院未来的发展起着重要作用。通过调研,了解医院青年党员科研能力的现状,分析其相关影响因素;结合科研产出成果,探讨青年党员的科研能力培养途径,为推动研究型中医院强有力发展提供参考。

Our hospital took a lead in putting forward developing research-oriented TCM hospital. It has already carried out preliminary exploration and practice in line with the international first-class hospitals' experience and law of development. The key point of developing research-oriented TCM hospital is cultivation of talents. The hospital adheres to the developstrategy of strengthen science,technology,and talentstraining to strengthen the hospital's overall ability. The young party members as the backbone of all the employee play an important role in hospital's further development. To provide the reference in further developing young party member's scientific research quality and ability,we carried out a investigation to make clear the current situation of their scientific research ability,after analyzed related factors (Combined with scientific research output results) can we probe young party menbers' cultivating approach in order to promote hospital's further development.
