This paper attempts to construct the inheritance approaches in Chinese medical culture from the perspectives of conventional Chinese culture,senior Chinese medicine specialists' academic ideology and culture,academic schools culture and cultural advantages development to provide new ideas for culture construction in the research-oriented TCM hospitals.
