红花注射液夹脊穴注射对腰椎间盘突出症患者炎症因子的影响

Effects of Jiaji acpoint injection of safflower injection on the inflammatory factors in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的观察红花注射液夹脊穴注射对腰椎间盘突出症患者炎症因子的影响。方法将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例;对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予红花注射液夹脊穴注射治疗,疗程2周。观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后VAS、JOA评分及IL-6、NO水平的变化。结果观察组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为70.0%;观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05)、JOA评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者IL-6、NO水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液夹脊穴注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症能有效减少炎症因子释放,进而减轻疼痛等症状。

Objective To observe the effects of Jiaji acpoint( EX-B2) injection of safflower injection on the inflammatory factors in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 80 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine,the observation group was treated with safflower injection for Jiaji acpoint( EX-B2) injection based on the treatment for the control group,with a course of 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy was observed,and the visual analogue scale( VAS) score,Japanese orthopaedic association( JOA) score and the levels of IL-6,NO were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 97. 5% in the observation group and 70. 0% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the VAS score was decreased( P < 0. 05) and the JOA score was increased( P < 0. 05) in both groups compared with treatment before. The improvement on the scores in the observation group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and NO were decreased in both groups compared with treatment before( P < 0. 05),and the levels in the observation group was lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The Jiaji acpoint injection of safflower injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively reduce the release of inflammatory factors,and further alleviate the pain.
