太极拳锻炼结合针刺干预膝骨关节炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of Taijiquan exercise combined with acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的观察太极拳锻炼结合针刺治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将92例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组46例。对照组予针刺治疗,治疗组予针刺结合太极拳锻炼。两组疗程均为1个月,观察临床疗效,比较膝关节WOMAC量表评分及10 m行走时间的变化情况。结果(1)治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为93.48%、73.91%;组间临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)组间治疗后比较,膝关节疼痛、僵硬、功能受限评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)组间治疗后比较,10 m行走所耗时间治疗组显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论太极拳锻炼结合针刺治疗膝骨关节炎,可有效缓解膝关节疼痛、僵硬及活动受限,提高步行能力。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Taijiquan exercise combined with acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Totall 92 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and Taijiquan exercise,with a course of one month.The clinical efficacy was observed,th scores of Western Ontario and Mc Master University(WOMAC)Osteoarthritis Index and the walking time for 10 meters were compared.Results(1)The tota effective rate was 93.48% in the treatment group and 73.91% in the control group,the clinical efficacy of the treatment was significantly better than that of th control group(P<0.05).(2)For the comparison between groups after treatment,the differences on the scores of knee pain,stiffness,functional limitation wer statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)For the comparison between groups after treatment,the walking time for 10 meters in the treatment group was significantly les than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taijiquan exercise combined with acupuncture can be used in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,which can effectively relieve the knee pain,stiffness and movement limitation,improve the walking ability.
