摘要
论述肝脾不和型经行泄泻的发病特点、病因病机以及痛泻要方的方药组成和配伍特点。通过分析女性经期的生理病理特点,参考泄泻的相关古籍以及现代临床研究,发现肝脾不和型经行泄泻最为常见,痛泻要方又是扶脾抑肝的代表方,分析其组方特点为临床经行泄泻辨证施治提供借鉴。
This paper discussed the disease characteristics,etiology and pathogenesis of menstrual diarrhea with syndrome of liver-spleen disharmony and prescription composition and compatibility of'Tongxie Yao Fang'( important formula for diarrhea with abdominal pain). Through the analysis of physiological and pathological features of women in menstrual period,combined with related ancient books and modern clinical research about diarrhea,it found that menstrual diarrhea with syndrome of liver-spleen disharmony was the most common form. 'Tongxie Yao Fang ' is a representative formula of invigorating spleen and restraining liver. Analyzing its prescription characteristics could provide reference for the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of menstrual diarrhea.
