紫朱软膏外敷治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的临床研究

Clinical study of Zizhu Ointment with external application in the treatment of venous ulcer in lower limb

目的观察紫朱软膏外敷治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将60例下肢静脉性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组予紫朱软膏外敷治疗,对照组予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(贝复济)喷剂联合乳酸依沙吖啶溶液湿敷换药治疗。两组疗程均为100天,观察临床疗效,比较溃疡的面积与最大直径,以及溃疡愈合时间的情况。结果 (1)治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为96.67%和83.33%;组间临床疗效比较,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)组间治疗后比较,治疗组溃疡面积及最大直径缩小、缩短较对照组更加明显(P<0.05)。(3)试验期间,两组痊愈患者的溃疡愈合时间比较,治疗组明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论紫朱软膏外敷治疗下肢静脉性溃疡,能显著改善疮面环境,提高治愈率,缩短病程。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zizhu Ointment with external application in the treatment of venous ulcer in lower limb. Methods 60 patients of venous ulcer in lower limb were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Zizhu Ointment for external application,and the control group was treated with spray of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor and ethacridine lactate solution for moisten compress,with a course of 100 days. The clinical efficacy was observed,and the ulcer area,the maximum diameter and the healing time were compared. Results(1)The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 96. 67% and 83. 33% respectively,and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).(2)For the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the decrease of ulcer area and maximum diameter in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group( P < 0. 05).(3) During the trial,the healing time of ulcer in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Zizhu Ointment with external application can be used in the treatment of venous ulcer in lower limb,which significantly improve the wound environment,enhance the cure rate and shorten the course of disease.
