通过分析陈无择原著的运气学思想,并对紫菀汤的来源、组成和类似方剂进行比较,认为该方是针对五运六气的时间阶段和气象特征而制定,贯穿了陈无择崇尚天人合一思想,体现了辨运论治的学术特色。临床运用时应辨运辨机辨理,综合脏腑虚实与天之寒热,对于肺系及其相关系统疾病的临床疗效确凿,以临床验案为例进行分析。

By analyzing the thoughts of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in Chen Wuze's original work,combined with the comparison with Ziwan Decoction including the sources,compositions and similar prescriptions,it considered that this recipe was formulated according to the time phase and meteorological characteristics of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,which run through Chen Wuze's idea of harmony between human body and natural environment and reflected the academic characteristics of treatment based on five evolutive phases and six climatic factors differentiation.
