从定义、大数据临床研究与随机对照试验、大数据临床研究的优势(预警性、预测性、共享性)、大数据临床研究的现状简介大数据。在此基础上,综述腰痛的发病概况、腰痛大数据库的构建与分析,以及腰痛患者的一般信息与价值、生活信息与价值、体格检查信息与价值、影像学信息与价值、治疗信息与价值,并认为将大数据应用于推拿临床对指导临床思维、改进治疗效果、优化治疗方案有积极的意义。

From definition,big data clinical research and randomized controlled trials,advantages of big data clinical research( early-warning,prediction,sharing),and current status of big data clinical research,this paper briefly introduces the big data. On this basis,the incidence of low back pain,the construction and analysis of big database on low back pain are reviewed,as well as the general information and value,life information and value,physical examination information and value,imaging information and value,treatment information and value in patients with low back pain. It is of positive significance of application of big data in the clinical tuina to guide the clinical thinking,improve the therapeutic effects and optimize the treatment plan.
