摘要
目的观察蝉芩颗粒治疗风邪犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将风邪犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘患者60例,采用随机、双盲安慰剂、平行对照的前瞻性研究,随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例。两组均予以福莫特罗/布地奈德基础治疗,治疗组加予蝉芩颗粒口服;对照组加予安慰剂口服。治疗2周、4周后观察临床疗效。结果对照组4周后,日咳、夜咳症状积分较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01)。治疗组2周后日咳、夜咳症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),咳嗽总分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);且治疗组中医证候积分与基线下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组以咳嗽症状改善最为明显(P<0.05)。治疗组响应频率(Fres)较对照组改善明显(P<0.05),总的呼吸阻力R5%改善程度较对照组显著(P<0.01)。结论对于风邪犯肺型CVA的治疗,与单独使用吸入性ICS+LABA相比,联合服用蝉芩颗粒可在早期明显改善风邪犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的日咳、夜咳症状及中医症候积分,显著降低患者气道力。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chanqin Granule in the treatment of cough variant asthma( CVA) with syndrome of wind pathogen invading lung. Methods A prospective study of random,double blind placebo,parallel control trial was performed. 60 CVA patients with syndrome of wind pathogen invading lung were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with formoterol and budesonide( DPI). The treatment group was treated with Chanqin Granule and the control group was treated with placebo. 2 and 4 weeks after treatment,the clinical efficacy was observed. Results 4 weeks after treatment,the scores of day and night cough in the control group were significantly improved( P<0.01). 2 weeks after treatment,the scores of day and night cough in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group( P<0.05),the total score of cough in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group( P<0.01),and the Chinese medical syndrome score and the baseline decline in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group( P<0.05). The patients in the treatment group showed the most obvious improvement on coughing symptoms( P<0.05). The improvement on response frequency( Fres) in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group( P < 0.05),as well as the total airway resistance R5%( P <0.01). Conclusion Compared with the single inhalation of ICS+LABA,combined treatment with Chanqin Granule can significantly improve the scores of day and night cough and Chinese medical syndrome score in the treatment of CVA with syndrome of wind pathogen invading lung,and significantly reduce airway resistance in patients.
