补肾生精方治疗男性免疫性不育症的临床观察

Clinical observation of Bushen Shengjing Formula in the treatment of male immune infertility

目的观察补肾生精方治疗男性免疫性不育症的临床疗效。方法将54例免疫性不育症男性患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组27例。对照组予泼尼松治疗,治疗组予补肾生精方治疗。两组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效,比较精液质量相关指标(精液总量、精子前向运动率、精液密度、液化时间)的变化情况。结果 (1)治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为74.1%、51.9%;组间临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)组间治疗后比较,精子前向运动率、精液密度、液化时间差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾生精方治疗男性免疫性不育症,可明显提高抗精子抗体转阴率,改善精液质量,提高临床受孕率。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Shengjing Formula in the treatment of male immune infertility. Methods 54 male patients with immune infertility were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,27 cases in each group. The control group was treated with prednisone,and the treatment group was treated with Bushen Shengjing Formula,with a course of 3 month. The clinical efficacy was observed. The changes on semen quality related indexes( total semen,sperm forward movement rate,semen density,liquefaction time) were compared. Results(1)The clinical total effective rates were 51.9% in the control group and 74.1% in the treatment group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group( P<0.05).(2)After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the sperm forward movement rate,semen density and liquefaction time between the two groups,and the effects of the treatment group were better than those of the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion Bushen Shengjing Formula can obviously promote the negative rate of antisperm antibody,improve the semen quality and clinical conception rate in male patients with immune infertility.
