葛根芩连汤对高脂饲养小鼠代谢的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨葛根芩连汤对高脂饲养(HFD)小鼠代谢的影响。方法以高脂饲料喂养C57/BL小鼠构建HFD模型;造模成功后按体质量随机分为模型组(HFD组)、葛根芩连汤组,另设立正常饲料喂养的C57/BL小鼠为正常对照组。葛根芩连汤组按等效剂量15 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)灌胃给药,HFD组和正常对照组以等量的0.9%NaCl溶液灌胃干预4周。检测各组体质量、空腹血糖、腹腔胰岛素耐量实验(IPITT)、口服葡萄糖耐量实验(OGTT)、HOMA-IR、血清胰岛素、血脂水平等指标评估各组代谢表型的差异。结果与正常对照组比较,HFD组小鼠体质量显著升高(P<0.05),IPITT、OGTT、血清胰岛素、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C及HOMA-IR均明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);葛根芩连汤组小鼠体质量、IPITT、OGTT、血清胰岛素、HOMA-IR、TG、TC均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论葛根芩连汤能改善HFD小鼠代谢表型。 Objective To explore the effects of Gegen Qinlian Decoction on the metabolism of high fat diet( HFD) mice. Methods The HFD model was established in C57/BL by high fat feeding. After successful modeling,these mice were randomly divided into the model group( HFD group) and Gegen Qinlian Decoction group( GGQL group) according to the body weight. C57/BL mice fed with normal diet were taken as the normal group( NOR group). The GGQL group was treated with Gegen Qinlian Decoction by intragastric administration at a daily dose of 15 g·kg^(-1)( equivalent dose in mice),and the HFD group and NOR group were treated with equivalent 0.9% NaCl solution,with a course of 4 weeks. The differences on the metabolic phenotypes in each group were evaluated by the body weight,fasting blood glucose,intraperitoneal insulin tolerance test( IPITT),oral glucose tolerance test( OGTT),HOMA-IR,serum insulin and blood lipids.Results Compared with the NOR group,the body weight of mice in the HFD group was significantly increased( P<0.05),and the levels of IPITT,OGTT,serum insulin,TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and HOMA-IR were obviously increased( P<0.05,P<0.01). While the body weight and levels of IPITT,OGTT,serum insulin,TG,TC and HOMA-IR were obviously decreased in the GGQL group( P< 0.05). Conclusion Gegen Qinlian Decoction can significantly improve the metabolic phenotypes in HFD mice.
