逆针灸防治肺系统外感病证研究进展

Research progress of preventive acupuncture in prevention and treatment of exogenous diseases of lung system

在简介逆针灸概念的基础上,分支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病和小儿反复呼吸道感染的预防,综述逆针灸防治肺系统外感病证研究进展。认为逆针灸防治肺系统外感病证疗效确切,但研究所含样本量偏小、诊断与疗效评价标准不统一是目前存在的主要问题。

Based on the concept of preventive acupuncture,this paper reviews the research progress of preventive acupuncture in prevention and treatment of exogenous diseases of lung system,including bronchial asthma,chronic bronchitis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and recurrent respiratory tract infection in children. It is considered that the preventive acupuncture shows definite efficacy in the prevention and treatment of exogenous diseases of lung system. But the sample size is small and the diagnosis and the efficacy evaluation standard are not uniform,which are the main existing problems.
