热敏灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床技术研究进展

Review on heat-sensitive moxibustion technology in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

从热敏灸治疗手段、热敏腧穴探查规律、热敏现象的高发区、影响热敏灸疗效的因素4个方面,综述近10年腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的热敏灸临床技术研究进展。其中:治疗手段除单纯热敏灸外,还有针刺配合热敏灸、推拿配合热敏灸、电针配合热敏灸、推拿加牵引配合热敏灸、牵引配合热敏灸、药导配合热敏灸、中药内服配合热敏灸、浮针配合热敏灸等法;探查部位的选择主要包括局部探查、循经探查、阿是穴探查、联合探查;影响热敏灸疗效的因素包括灸感、灸位、灸量。但目前热敏灸尚未形成统一的技术规范和评判标准。

This paper reviews the research progress of heat-sensitive moxibustion technology in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation in recent 10 years,including treatment methods,inspection rules of thermosensitive acupoints,influencing factors and high incidence area of heat-sensitization phenomenon. In addition to the simple heat-sensitive moxibustion,the treatment methods also include heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture,tuina,electroacupuncture,tuina plus traction,traction,drug guide,Chinese medicine by oral administration,floating needle and so on. The selection of inspection site mainly includes the local inspection,meridian inspection,Ashi acupoint inspection and combination inspection. The factors affecting the efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion include moxibustion sensation,moxibustion site and moxibustion dose. No unified technical specifications and criteria for heat-sensitive moxibustion have been formed at present.
