Li Bin's experience in differentiating and treating chronic skin ulcer

介绍李斌教授对慢性皮肤溃疡病因病机的分析及其用药经验。认为诊治本病应衷中参西,辨病和辨证相结合。提出瘀、虚为两大关键病理因素,治以生肌化瘀、清利湿热、调理脾胃。

This paper introduces Professor Li Bin's analysis on the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic skin ulcer and his medication experience. It is considered that the diagnosis and treatment should integrate Chinese and western medicine,and take disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation in combination. It is proposed that stasis and deficiency are two key pathological factors,and the treatment should promote granulation and remove blood stasis,clear dampness-heat,regulate spleen and stomach.
