Experience with Danggui Sini Decoction in clinical application

通过糖尿病周围神经病变、痛经、冻疮、希恩综合征验案,介绍临床应用当归四逆汤的经验及体会。认为当归四逆汤有温经散寒、和营通脉的作用,以手足厥冷、脉沉微细为辨证关键,凡属素体血虚、阳气不足、寒邪凝滞、气血运行不畅之证,均能以本方化裁治疗,达到异病同治的效果。

Through the proven cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,dysmenorrhea,chilblain and Sheehan's syndrome,this paper introduces the experience with Danggui Sini Decoction in the clinical application. It is considered that Danggui Sini Decoction shows the effects of warming channel for dispelling cold and promoting circulation of meridians,and the key to syndrome differentiation is deadly cold hands and feet with deep,faint and thread pulse. For the syndromes of constitutional blood deficiency,yang qi deficiency,cold pathogen stagnation,impeded circulation of qi and blood,Danggui Sini Decoction can be used in the treatment and modified according to disease condition,which could treat different diseases with same method.
