升降散治疗火郁肌肤皮肤病体会

Experience with Shengjiang Powder in the treatment of skin diseases due to fire stagnation

从火郁肌肤皮肤病的病因、发病及辨证要点等方面探讨升降散在皮肤科的临床应用。认为火郁所致的肌肤疾病,可予升降散疏动气机、调节升降。治疗时应在辨病辨证的基础上结合病位,配合其他方药,注意药量加减,结合外治。并举验案4则。

This paper discusses the clinical application of Shengjiang Powder in dermatology from the etiology,incidence and key points of syndrome differentiation in the skin diseases due to fire stagnation. It is considered that Shengjiang powder can be used for skin diseases due to fire stagnation,which regulates the ascending and descending of qi movement. In the treatment,it should combine with disease location based on disease differentiation,and also can combine with other prescriptions and external treatment,but should pay attention to the dosage. 4 proven cases are presented.
