探讨王霞芳主任辨治小儿呼吸系统疾病的经验。其认为小儿疾患临床以脾肺疾病为多见,崇尚百病以胃气为本的理论,将培土生金法广泛应用于临床,形成治肺为先、脾肺同治、健脾善后的分期分证治疗呼吸道疾病的学术思想,尤其强调健脾善后的重要性。

This paper discusses Wang Xiafang's experience in the differentiation and treatment of respiratory diseases in children. It is considered that the spleen and lung diseases are common in clinical pediatric diseases. It advocates the theory that stomach qi as root of all diseases,and the therapy of reinforcing earth for generating metal is widely applied in clinic,which form the academic thoughts for the treatment of respiratory diseases according to different periods and syndromes.It refers to treating lung in acute attack period and co-regulating spleen and lung in remission period and invigorating spleen in recovery period,which especially emphasizes the importance of invigorating spleen in recovery period.
