从《伤寒论》的考据、注释和临床实用三方面探讨伤寒。《伤寒论》的研究注重宋以前的文本考据及宋以后的原文注释,前者追寻原貌,后者阐发医理。《伤寒论》与临床实践的紧密关联是研究的基础,在注重具体治法方药的同时,应充分理解《伤寒论》的证治原理和规律,以及临床的诊疗格局和体系。

This paper discusses from textual research,annotation and clinical practice of Shanghan Lun( Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases). The study of Shanghan Lun focuses on textual criticism before Song Dynasty and original annotation after Song Dynasty. The former seeks the original appearance and the latter elucidates the medical theory. The close connection between Shanghan Lun and clinical practice is the basis of the study. It should pay attention to the specific treatment methods and prescriptions,meanwhile,it also should fully understand the principles and rules of syndrome treatment in Shanghan Lun,as well as the pattern and system of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
