中医妇产科有关围产期抑郁的论述散见于郁证性妊娠及产后的诸多病证。种种躯体不适凡由七情内伤所引起或诱发加重,或由精神衰弱及中恶所致,或伴有抑郁障碍类或精神行为障碍类表现,即属于郁证性妊娠病和郁证性产后病。其病机有气血痰瘀多端,涉及心、肝、脾、肾等脏腑。明了郁证妊娠产后病,不仅有助于确定从郁论治的策略和选方用药,更重要的是有助于树立治未病的预防观念。

The discussions on perinatal depression in obstetrics and gynecology of TCM are scattered in pregnancy and postpartum diseases due to depression syndrome. All the physical discomfort caused or aggravated by internal injuries by excess of seven emotions,or induced by spirit weakness and evil,or accompanied with depressive disorder and mental behavior disorder manifestations,all of which belongs to the category of pregnancy and postpartum diseases due to depression syndrome. The pathogenesis includes qi,blood,phlegm and blood stasis,involving heart,liver,spleen,kidney and other organs. Clearing this disease can not only help to determine the strategy and prescription medication based on relieving depression,more importantly,but also promote to establish the concept of preventive treatment of disease.
