Experience of Wang Lingtai in treating jaundice with eight methods based on Synopsis of the Golden Chamber

探讨王灵台教授辨治黄疸的临床经验。认为黄疸的病因病机以湿热内蕴、寒湿内阻、瘀血内阻多见;治以清热利湿为主,"八法"贯穿其中;常用方剂如茵陈蒿汤、栀子大黄汤、参苓白术散等。并举验案1则。

This paper discusses the experience of Professor Wang Lingtai in treating jaundice based on Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.It is considered that the internal obstruction of damp-heat,cold-dampness and blood stasis is the major etiology and pathogenesis of jaundice,and the treatment principle for Jaundice is clearing away heat and removing dampness accompanied with the eight treatment methods.The prescriptions such as Yinchenhao Decoction,Zhizi DɑhuɑnɡDecoction,Shenling Baizhu Powder are often used.And one proven case is presented.
