介绍杨巍教授治疗肛周脓肿的临床经验。杨教授认为本病病机以湿热蕴结、气滞血瘀为要,病程缠绵日久,又可见气血耗伤、阴虚毒恋之象;提出'托'法为先、补益气血、护场箍围、分期论治的诊疗思路,以自拟肛痈方治疗肛周脓肿疗效显著。并附验案3则。

This paper introduces Professor Yang Wei’s experience in treating perianal abscess.Professor Yang believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is mainly based on the accumulation of dampness and heat,qi stagnation and blood stasis.When the course of the disease is lingering for a long time,the symptoms of qi and blood consumption,yin deficiency and lingering toxin may occur.It is proposed to treat the disease with the'expulsion'method first,then invigorating qi and blood,besieging external pathogenic factors,and to treat the disease by stages.Gangyong prescription,a self-made empirical formula,is used to treat the disease with remarkable effect.And three proven cases are presented.
