Modern evolution and thinking of later- decocting method of Artemisiae Annuae Herba

通过分析青蒿用法'后下'的现代演变规律,并结合古今文献及现代成分研究进展,认为'后下'忽视了青蒿'清虚热'等重要功效,且与诸多古今临床用法相冲突;青蒿'后下'与否应当与其不同的功效和应用目的相对应,而不是进行统一规定。

Based on the analysis of modern evolution rule of the'later-decocting method'of Artemisiae Annuae Herba,combined with the research progress of ancient and modern literature and modern composition,it is considered that the'later-decocting method'neglects the important efficacy of'clearing up deficiency heat'of Artemisiae Annuae Herba,and conflicts with many clinical uses in ancient and modern times.The'later-decocting method'of Artemisiae Annuae Herba should correspond to its different efficacy and application purpose,rather than uniform regulation.
