点穴推拿治疗摩洛哥腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床观察

Clinical observation on efficacy of acupoint massage treatment for Moroccan patients with lumbar disc protrusion

目的观察点穴推拿手法治疗摩洛哥腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。方法收集60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,其中中国籍患者和摩洛哥籍患者各30例。两组均予点穴推拿足太阳膀胱经及相关穴位,每周治疗3次,共治疗2周。采用PRI、VAS、PPI问卷观察患者病情变化情况。结果治疗后,两组PRI、VAS、PPI评分均显著下降(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,摩洛哥组PRI、VAS、PPI评分显著低于中国组(P<0.05)。结论点穴推拿可以缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状,摩洛哥籍较中国籍患者的疗效更佳。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage in the treatment of Moroccan patients with lumbar disc protrusion.Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc protrusion were assigned into two groups,30 Chinese patients in a group and 30 Moroccan patients in the other.Both groups were treated with massage on acupoints along the bladder channel of foot-Taiyang and other relevant acupoints,three times a week for 2 weeks.Changes in patients`condition were observed with PRI,VAS and PPI questionnaire.Results After treatment,the scores of PRI,VAS and PPI were reduced significantly in each group(P<0.05);the scores were significantly lower in the Moroccan group than in the Chinese group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage relieves the clinical symptoms in patients with lumbar disc protrusion,with better efficacy in Moroccan patients than in Chinese patients.
