摘要
目的 :研究大豆异黄酮对衰老模型雌性小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :8- 10周龄昆明种雌性小鼠 5 0只 ,按体重随机分为空白对照组、D -半乳糖模型组、大豆异黄酮低、中、高剂量组 (10、2 0、6 0mg/kg·bw)。连续给药30天 ,测定胸腺、脾脏系数、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、迟发性变态反应 (DTH) ,T淋巴细胞增殖功能。结果 :6 0mg/kg·bw的大豆异黄酮可提高脾脏和胸腺的脏器系数 ,增强巨噬细胞的吞噬能力 ,增加血清溶血素的产生和释放 ,激活T淋巴细胞。结论 :6 0mg/kg·bw大豆异黄酮可增强衰老模型小鼠的免疫功能 ,而 6 0mg/kg·bw以下剂量未见对衰老模型小鼠免疫功能有明显影响。
Objective: to observe the effect of SI on the immunological system of D_galactose_reduced ageing female mice.Methods:50 km female mice,8-10 weeks old,are divided randomly by weight into control,D_galactose model,low,middle and high SI dosage group (The dosage were 10,20,60mg/kg·bw).30 days later,the mice were killed to record the index of spleen and thymus, percentage of phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages,the hemolytic antibody and ConA_induced proliferation of lymphocyte.Results:60mg/kg/·bw enhanced clearly the index of spleem and thymus,percentage of phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages,the hemolytic antibody and ComA_induced proliferation of lymphocyte.Conclusion:60mg/kg·bw SI can enhance significantly the immunological function of ageing female mice but below this dose we cannot find obvious effect in this study.
