摘要
针对油棕丝碎料不同于木材的特性,采用改性脲醛树脂胶,按照L18(37)正交试验探讨了油棕丝碎料板的热压工艺,通过极差分析和方差分析优化最佳工艺参数,以此生产的油棕丝碎料板力学性能优异,适用于B类非结构建筑用途。
In view of the Elaeis guineensis excelsior chip characters which were different from wood characters,the E.guineensis excelsior chipboard hotpressing technology was discussed according to the L18(37) orthogonal experiment with modified urea resin glue.
