铁路车务作业安全监控的研究

Study on Railway Train Operation Safety Supervision

为加强铁路运输安全的管理,2002年北京铁路局结合铁路车务工作特点,在管内京广线配置了车务远程监控系统,该系统的应用有效降低了车务站段安全管理的难度,使车务安全管理达到了规范化、标准化、全面化的要求。通过对远接监控系统的功能设计、设备选型等进行研究,提出了进一步的改进建议。

To reinforce the safety management of railway transportation, combining with the characters of railway train operation work, Beijing Railway Administration last year configured the Remote Train Operation Supervision System in its administered Beijing-Guangzhou line. With the application of this system, the difficulties of safety management in Train Operation Department have been effectively eased and the safety management of train operation meets the requirements of standardization and popularization. By studying the function design, equipment selection, etc. of the Remote Supervision System, the paper further puts forward some suggestions of improvement.
