黑液浓缩新技术研究进展

THE RESEARCH PROGRESS OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES IN BLACK LIQUOR CONCENTRATION

讨论了黑液浓缩的新技术和新方法,包括热解降低粘度法、膜分离法、除硅法和结冰浓缩法四种。热解降低粘度法和除硅法处理黑液可以得到高浓度黑液,而膜分离法和结冰浓缩法可用来预浓缩黑液并且成本较低。

This paper deals with the four new processes of concentrating black liquor:(1)liquor heat treatment(LHT) process,(2)membrane separation process,(3)silica removal process for nonwood black liquor and (4) freezing crystallization process.The black liquor with high solid coutent can be obtained by the LHT and silica removal process while the membrane and freezing crystallization processes can be used for preconcentration of the black liquor.
