云南稻种穗期耐冷性及其近等基因系遗传分析 被引量:3

摘要 用5个不同耐冷级别品种配制15个组合并将其亲本和近等基因系(NILs)在昆明进行稻种孕穗期耐冷性的遗传研究,结果表明:①昆明小白谷有1对主基因参与调控结实率性状;丽粳2号有1~2对耐冷性主效基因参与调控结实率性状,其耐冷基因的表达还与细胞质效应有关。②昆明小白谷、丽粳2号和合系4号间的耐冷基因存在明显差别,大理早籼与其他品种间遗传分析显示有1对主效基因影响籼粳杂种育性表达。③1995~1999年选育的孕穗开花期耐冷性近等基因系(NILs),与轮回亲本的农艺性状相似,但耐冷性指标性状存在明显差异,遗传分析表明该基因也为1对主效基因。 Genetic analysis of cold tolerance characteristics at Kunming was carried out using 15 crosses(including nearisogenic lines)from different cold tolerance rice and their parents.The results were as follows:(1)Kunmingxiaobaigu had one major gene effect controlling the grain fertility;Lijing No.2 had one or two loci of major gene controlling the fertility,and the gene expression of their cold tolerance was related to the cytoplasm effect.(2)There were different cold gene among Kunmingxiaobagu,Lijing 2 and Hexi 4;Genetic analysis of Dalizaoxian and other varieties showed that setting rate of crosses between Indica rice and Japonica rice was controlled by one main gene.(3)A set of standard nearisogenic rice lines with major genes of strong cold tolerance was developed from 1995 to 1999,and their agronomic characters were similar to recurrent parent (Towada),but there were significantly different cold tolerance characteristics.Genetic analysis showed that there was one loci of major gene manipulating the fertility.
