摘要
试验用1000只樱桃谷肉鸭,随机分为4组。采用2×2因子设计,研究了日粮铜水平(10mg/kg和80mg/kg)在不同营养(2种营养水平)条件下对肉鸭生长性能的影响。饲养试验时间为35d。结果表明,在2种营养水平条件下高铜均未表现出促进生长的作用,并对生长具有抑制作用;在高营养水平、低铜水平条件下,肉鸭的生长性能极显著(P<0 01),高于高营养水平、高铜组及低营养水平组;在低营养水平、低铜组肉鸭的生长性能显著(P<0 05),高于低营养水平、高铜组和高营养水平、高铜组;低营养水平、高铜组和高营养水平、高铜组之间肉鸭的生长性能没有显著差异(P>0 05)。在高营养水平、低铜水平条件下肉鸭的增重/耗料(G/F)显著(P<0 05),高于高营养水平、高铜组及低营养水平组。各试验组之间死亡率没有显著差异(P>0 05)。
1000 1day old Cherry Valley meat ducks were used to study the effects of high copper in different dietary nutritional levels on the growth performance.2×2 factors experimental design (2 copper levels,10 and 80?mg/kg and 2 nutritional levels) was adopted to detect the effects of copper and nutritional levels on meat ducks.The feeding trial lasted 35 days.The results showed that high copper had not growthstimulant effects in 2 nutritional levels and had depressing effects on ducks growth.The high nutritional level and low copper group had very significantly higher average daily gain than high nutritional level and high copper group as well as the other 2 low nutritional groups (P<001).The low nutritional level and low copper group had significantly higher growth performance than 2 high copper groups (P<005).The 2 higher copper groups had no significant difference in growth performance index (P>005).The high nutritional level and low copper group had significantly higher gain/feed than high nutritional level and high copper as well as the other 2 low nutritional groups.The mortality rates among various groups were not different significantly(P>005).
