In the sustainable development of agriculture it is a focus to optimize the disposal of rural land resources.In the light of the prac-tice of reform and development in our countryside,the thesis makes a detailed analysis of the disposal of rural land resources after our en-trance to WTO in respect of the choice of disposal principle,the change of disposal subject and the reshaping of disposal mechanism.Mean-while,to rationalize the disposal of rural land resources is also a critical choice with the target of solving the problems of agriculture,country-side and farmers.
