济南市南部山区用地生态评价与规划——以九曲沟谷的开发为例

Ecological evaluation and planning for landuse in southern mountain region of Jinan City--Take the development of J iuqu valley as an example

在分析九曲沟谷生态环境现状的基础上,指出了该区存在的植被覆盖率低下、林地质量差、景观破坏严重、水资源缺乏、污染严重等生态问题;针对房地产开发的土地利用方式,提出了以保护地下水为重点、以生态恢复与重建为重要内容的生态规划方案。

Based on detailed analysis of Jiuqu valley' s present eco-environment condition,the article points out ecological problems such as low plant coverage,low quantity of forests,serious destroyed landscape,poor in water resourse,serious environmental pollution etc.Aiming at the usage of estate development,it puts forward the ecological planning project which emphasizes on groundwater protection and regards ecological instauration and reconstruction as main contents.
