Preliminary Study on the Mechanical Performance of Blockboard Strengthened by Steel Web

摘要 用10目不锈钢金属网与木材(速生杉木板为芯层,杨木单板为表层)进行复合试验,并与相同工艺条件下制作不加金属网的细木工板的物理力学性能进行对比分析,结果表明:在一定的工艺条件下,可以生产出具有优良性能的金属网强化细木工板。 Experiments on steel web and wood composition (using fast - growing Chinese fir board as core layer, poplar veneer as surface layer)were carried out to develop a new kind of composition materials of good quality. The ASE, MOR, MOE and shear strength of composition materials were tested, and the comparison with wood was also made. The results showed that the blockboard strengthened by steel web with good properties can be made with appropriate technique factors.
