摘要 测试了稻壳形态对稻壳—木材复合材料物理力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,以20网目、30网目和40网目的稻壳为补充材料制备的密度为0.80g/cm^3的板的物理力学性能均达到国标二级品的要求。确立20网目的稻壳适宜于稻壳—木材复合材料。 The influence of size and shape of rice husk on the physical and mechanical properties of rice husk/wood composite was studied. In this work, rice husk was used as supplementary raw material mixed with wood particle at 50:50 ratio for composite panel manufacture, 7 percent isocyanate/urea formaldehyde resin adhesive systems with the ratio 3:4 of isocyanate to urea formaldehyde was employed. Modulus of Rupture (MOR), Modulus of Elasticity (MOE), Internal Bond (IB) and 2 h water soaking of rice husk/wood composite were tested. The results showed that the MOR, MOE, IB and thickness swelling of rice husk/wood composite made with rice husk of 20 mesh, 30 mesh,40 mesh were comparable with those of wood particle board and met the Chinese National Standard For Wood Particle Board respectively, and the 20 mesh rice husk results in the best quality.
