关于韩国《外国人投资促进法》的研究

韩国自1998年开始实施的《外国人投资促进法》为韩国的招商引资做出了巨大贡献。本文着重对该法及韩国的投资环境作了简要介绍,其目的一是为逐步完善我国的外商投资法律制度提供某种借鉴;二是给中国的相关企业提供一个认识、了解韩国投资法律的机会,以便加快我国的海外投资进程。

The"Law for Promotion of Foreign Investment"of Korea which came into effect in 1998 has made a great contribution for inviting foreign investment in Korea.The emphasis of the paper has been put on the introduction of the law mentioned above and that of the environment for investment in Korea.The purpose for writing the article in one aspect is,for improvement of our legislation about foreign investment,to introduce some experiences which we can make use of and,in another aspect,to supply an opportunity for comprehension of Korean law regarding foreign investment to speed up the process of foreign investment.
