从制度演变看世界金融危机的诞生、演变与治理

从世界经济发展史看,制度的质量决定着经济社会的可持续发展。金融危机冲击不同经济板块,对各产业段产生不同影响。中国经济社会发展呈现新格局,多重矛盾叠加。同时,中国经济现代化要翻越'三座大山',其中包括'拉美陷阱'、'西班牙幻影'、'日韩困境'。因此,须全面制度创新,走出经济阴霾,构建人文社会普遍服务体系,防止陷入'拉美陷阱';构建产业社会普遍服务体系,避免'西班牙幻影';构建知识社会普遍服务体系,谨防'日韩困境'。

The sustainable development of economy and society is determined by the quality of institution in the perspective of world economic development.The financial crisis is shocking different economic zones,and takes different effects on industries.Simultaneously,the economic and social development of China is presenting new pattern,and multiple contradictions is superimposing.The modernization of China needs crossing"the three big mountains",which include Latin America’s Traps,Spanish Phantom,and Japan’s and South Korea’s Dilemma.Therefore,comprehensive institutional innovation is indispensable in order to get rid of economic haze.Construct humanities and social universal service system to prevent Latin America’s Traps;construct industry and social universal service system to prevent Spanish Phantom;and construct information and social universal service system to prevent Japan’s and South Korea’s Dilemma.
