摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2功能薄膜,采用SEM,TG DTA等手段研究了TiO2薄膜的结构和表面形态,并对TiO2薄膜的光催化活性进行了评价.研究结果表明,所得的薄膜样品是由粒径约为50nm的锐钛矿和金红石混合型TiO2纳米混晶构成的多孔性薄膜,该薄膜表面平整,孔分布均匀,膜厚约5μm,镀膜层数和薄膜制备过程中的热处理温度对TiO2薄膜的光催化性能有比较明显的影响.关于该薄膜对亚甲基蓝光催化降解反应的动力学研究结果表明:TiO2薄膜可使该反应的活化能降低2.065kJ·mol-1.
TiO2 functional film was prepared through solgel process. Its structure and surface morphology were investigated by means of SEM, TGDTA, XRD. Photocatalytic activity of TiO2 film for methylene blue (MB) degradation reaction was also evaluated. The results indicate that the film is porous thin film that consists of anatase and rutile mixing titanium dioxide nanocrystal with grain sizes of about 50 nm. Thin films are transparent and smooth with uniform pore distribution. The thickness of the film is about 5 μm. The photocatalytic activity of TiO2 functional films is obvious influenced by coating times and heat treatment temperature during the preparation of thin film. The kinetics study of TiO2 film on the MB's degradation reaction show that the activation energy decreases 2.065 kJ·mol-1 due to the presence of TiO2 functional film.
